Fine Dining Options

For those with tastebuds more geared toward the finer things in life, treat yourself with a glass (or two) from LaGrange’s fine dining scene.

Make Nutwood Winery your first stop and spend an evening underneath 200-year-old Georgia pecan trees sipping locally made wine. With a 6,000 square foot tasting room and both indoor and outdoor seating, the winery is an ideal setting to enjoy something local. Their wine varieties range from merlots to chardonnays. For the warmer months try one of their “wine slushies,” an icy blend of Nutwood wines.

Never lacking in options is Mare Sol, a modern Mediterranean restaurant on Lafayette Square. Take a seat at the bar and let a bartender decide your drink for you or choose from the extensive list of cocktails, wine and beer. Mare Sol boasts all of the small-town charm with the fun of a big city night out.

C’sons, owned by the same family as Mare Sol, has a little bit of everything on their drink menu. Whether you are interested in a hand-crafted cocktail or a glass of wine from their extensive wine cellar, their stylish interior and excellent service are not to be missed.
