Sunny Gables Estate

Sunny Gables is an outstanding example of an English Manor style home. It was designed by Atlanta architects and constructed for the Nix sisters in the late 1920s. The sisters used their inheritance to build this stunning home nearby other remarkable architecture such as the Callaway’s Hills & Dales Estate.

In 1973, the home was purchased by LaGrange College to be used as the School of Nursing. It now serves as the alumni house and is periodically used to host gatherings and social events.
