Hills & Dales Estate

Built by the Callaway family in 1916, Hills & Dales Estate was designed to complement the gardens planted over half a century before by Sarah Ferrell. Both the Estate and the gardens provide a majestic backdrop for any occasion. The Ferrell Gardens, one of the best preserved 19th century gardens in the country, is full of blooms all year long. The vibrant flowers and greenery in the historic garden will make any photo pop. The Italian villa style of the Estate shines through with its white stucco exterior and red tiled roof. From the grand two-story portico on the east side of the home to the fountain and elaborate details of the south side, every angle of the Estate is gorgeous and camera ready!
