In addition to antiques, each of the shops has its own unique combination of other merchandise, selected to fill the needs of every shopper.

Marketplace at Lafayette Square

100 Bull Street

Marketplace is a dealer shop boasting 11,000 square feet of booths and consignment options. Their name reflects the wide variety of merchandise available.

The owners refer to the Marketplace as “two floors of happiness,” because they pride themselves on selling both old merchandise and new, including fine antiques from the 1700s and 1800s, rugs, and a variety of gift items including jewelry and scarves.

If you’re in the market for a nice piece of furniture like a chest or hutch, you’ll find it at the Marketplace at Lafayette Square!

Ye Olde Red Door Antiques

6 East Lafayette Square

This downtown shop also carries a wide variety of merchandise and several unique finds. They primarily deal in antique furniture, better porcelains, and fine art, although you’ll also find sections for fine wine and gourmet foods!

Their furniture consists of everything from 17th, 18th, and 19th century fine antiques to mid-century modern pieces from the 1950s and 60s. Perhaps the most unique finds at Ye Old Door Antiques are found in their collection of fine art, including paintings by Picasso, Americo Makk, and Andy Warhol. While they also deal in contemporary art, they are especially proud to provide this selection of harder-to-find paintings from world-renown artists.

Bradley’s Antiques

127 Main Street

Bradley’s Antiques, in downtown LaGrange, specializes in 1920s, 30s, and 40s antiques as well as period antiques. They have kept up with changes in market trends, also stocking vintage and gently used pieces such as Baker Furniture, Link Taylor, Ethan Allen, Hooker, and more.

Bradley’s specializes in estate sales; the owners report that one of their biggest joys is helping clients find a special piece they are looking for and helping others liquidate their estates and collections.

Many people have become accustomed to finding great quality treasures at Bradley’s for a fraction of what they would cost new!

R & B Consignment

129 Bull Street

Downtown R & B Consignment exists because the owner saw a gap in the LaGrange antiques market: vintage stereo systems and music. While they carry fine antiques, framed artwork, and more, R & B is a must-see for music enthusiasts!

They carry a large selection of vinyl records, 8-tracks, vintage turntables, and old stereo systems. As a return to vinyl and vintage equipment grows in popularity, R & B can help you outfit your home entertainment system or man-cave.

R & B staff also love to help customers track down particular albums or the equipment they desire and pride themselves on their ability to find what you’re looking for. If you love all things vintage and music, R & B is the place to go!
