Your Guide to West Point Lake Parks

With dozens of parks and over 525 miles of shoreline, West Point Lake is an excellent way to get outdoors, enjoy the water and maintain social distancing requirements. From fishing and boating to kayaking and picnicking, use this guide to find the park that fits your needs.

There are many parks and recreation areas to choose from around West Point Lake’s 525 miles of shoreline. All of these day-use areas have amenities like grills, picnic tables, boat ramps and courtesy docks. These areas provide the perfect opportunity for fishing, boating, picnicking and other outdoor activities.

Notice: Bathrooms and certain sections at these day-use areas are closed during this time. The details included are the most updated information we have; however, additional closures might occur. Under Governor Kemp’s Executive Order, hunting, fishing, boating and hiking are allowed.
